Hi there! I’m Ashley Grubb and I am so happy you’re here!

I’m a stay-at-home mama to two sweet little ones and a part-time baker with a very serious sweet tooth. I’m a Colorado native, originally from Arvada, and my husband and I made our way to Colorado Springs in 2018 to build our life and grow our family.

My love for baking comes straight from my love of desserts. I’ve always enjoyed making treats for family and friends, experimenting with new recipes, and learning fun decorating techniques. That passion truly took off after welcoming my first baby in 2020, when creating cakes and cookies for my kids quickly became one of my favorite creative outlets (and my go-to stress reliever with two kiddos under six running around!).

Over the past three years, I began taking my baking more seriously, perfecting recipes, learning new techniques, and chasing the perfect cookie. With lots of encouragement (and sweet reviews!) from friends and family, I decided to turn a dream into reality and start Fancy Frosting Cookie Company. I can’t wait to help make your celebrations extra special with cookies made from the heart. 💖
